LICENSE AGREEMENT AND DISCLAIMER.

This is not free software. This software is distributed on "AS IS"
and "TRY BEFORE YOU BUY" principles. The program is capable of
running in the evaluation mode with some minor limitations of
program functionality and in the full mode, after the user
registration. The user is allowed to test the program in the
evaluation mode, free of charge during 14 days from the program
installation. After expiring of 14 days from the program installation,
user must either register to use the program or stop using the
program.

For the purpose of registration, you have to reveal only your name
and valid email address. After paying the registration fee,
personalized user key file will be delivered from the software author
to the registered user by email as a small text file, enclosed in a zip
archive, which enables all program functions. User must prevent
this user key file from stealing and copying.

All registered users have the right for technical support from the
author via email, during one year from the user registration.

Author of the program gives no warranty either expressed or
implied concerning quality, functionality, completeness and
correctness of the program. Any usage of the program is allowed
only under the conditions that the user takes all risks and damages
eventually resulting from using the program on his own
responsibility and the author of the program will not be liable for
any damages eventually resulting from using the program.

Everybody is allowed to distribute the program for the purpose of
free evaluation in the form of the unmodified original zip archive
file.

Distribution of the user key file is strictly forbidden.
